Returns and warranty
In case of an error on our part:
If you have received a product that is not listed on the invoice or a demonstrable manufacturing defect without such a product has been tampered with, please contact us with the order details and we will send our logistics operator to collect the product. Once we check that it is in perfect condition, with manuals, box and original packaging and unused, we will send the ordered product as quickly as possible. If not possible, we will refund the money. In both cases, ENSPIRAR bear all transportation costs and manage the collection.
If not satisfied with the product:
If you received a product and you are not satisfied, you have 7 business days to return it without any justification. You simply have to notify it to ENSPIRAR and return the product within the stipulated time. We will refund you the amount after we have checked that the product is in perfect condition with manual, case and original packing. Unfortunately, in this case, we will deduct the shipping costs.
You can cancel your order at any time and at no cost, as long as you communicate it before the order has been made available for shipment logistics operator. If the cancellation occurs after the departure of the order, the customer shall bear the shipping costs and possible return of such order.
Consumable products: clearomizers, disposable cigarettes and e-liquids have no guarantee as they are consumable products. For safety and healthy reasons they can not be returned.
