DELIVERIES TO SPAIN (Peninsula, Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 5:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed after 5:00 p.m. or on a public holiday, it will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. In case Monday is a holiday, they will be sent the next business day.

• Shipping methods:

- By Correos Express (delivery time: 1-2 business days)

- By MRW urgent courier service (The delivery time for shipments to the Peninsula is 24 hours. If the shipment is to the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 24-48 hours).

Note: MRW and Correos express do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders by MRW and Express Mail sent on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. In the event that the delivery day is a holiday, it will be delivered the next business day.

• Price: The price for Correos Express is €3.75 (€3.99 if the destination is the Balearic Islands) and for MRW it is priced at €4.99 (€4.25 if the destination is within the province of Barcelona and €5.99 if the destination is the Balearic Islands). The customer can choose the shipping method according to their needs, except for shipments to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. In these cases, orders will be delivered by Correos Express and the delivery time will be about 5-7 business days.

• Free shipping (orders over €50): Shipping costs are free for orders over €50. These orders will be shipped by Correos Express. We also offer the possibility to ship the order by MRW with an extra cost of €2. For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands orders will be shipped by Correos Express.

• Payment methods: Credit card, Bank deposit or Cash on delivery (it has an additional cost of €5. The minimum order is €20).

Since online sales to Portugal are prohibited, we offer as an alternative to send the order to an MRW point in Spain so that the Portuguese customer can collect it in person. When ordering, you must specify to which MRW point in Spain you want us to send the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

• Shipments: Orders will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of those made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In these cases they will be shipped the following Monday.

- By certified mail (delivery time: 10-25 days depending on the country of destination )

• Cost: The cost for certified mail varies depending on the weight and the country of destination.
